The Colour of Flowers

This activity provides pupils with the opportunity to collect data on the colour of flowers and can consolidate their knowledge and understanding of pollination as an introduction.
Pupils will observe and record the colours of flowers and have the opportunity to present their findings using various methods for handling data. There are a various ways in which this activity can be adapted for differentiation. Cross-curricular links can be made with maths, literacy and art and design.
